After being a mailbox customer for over six years I tried to renew my mailbox over the phone as I had every other time. This time I had to come in person for some new thing about how many packages I planned to receive every month (which I told them was none but that wasn't good enough). Due to the holidays I wasn't able to get in until 6 days after my box expired (2 of which they were closed). They wouldn't waive the late fee and then wouldn't give me any mail that may have been in my box. Even when I asked what my options were they wouldn't tell me what the prices were and then I was told different prices when I called compared to when I went in person. Apparently they are under new ownership since February 2025. Used to be great people there that cared about the customers. Not any more. Go anywhere else.

Be very careful!!! Their upcharges are ridiculous! I asked about stamps and they did not say how much they upcharged to sell them, even when I questioned the price!

Very rude and bad service. I politely asked for a piece of tape to secure my package. The lady was unhelpful , threw a fist and wanted to charge $1.00.

I had a very unpleasant interaction this afternoon when trying to ship a package. After waiting for a while in line (it's less than a week before Christmas, I knew there would be a wait) I finally get to the counter only to be told that my packaging was too flimsy and that they couldn't ship it that way. I've shipped packages in similar boxes before, but that's fine. The associate then tried to sell me on a $13 box, which for the size of the box is several times more than if I bought the box elsewhere (I actually ended up buying a box at Walmart for less than $2). When I declined the overpriced box, the associate went to get the manager who proceeded to tell me that they could ship my box, but it was going to be stacked up with several other 150lb boxes and it would probably be crushed, and when it was crushed they would throw my package away and that since I was declining their overpriced box that I would have no recourse for my item being thrown away. Now to be clear I fully understand that there is inherent risk when you mail anything, that it could be lost or destroyed, but I fully felt that if I had mailed my package at this location they were just going to throw out my package and mark it as damaged in their system.

The older lady is rude to customers and she wasn't even helping me. I know they're busy but a little courtesy would be nice
