The delivery photo clearly shows a door that does not match my address—a fact so obvious that it should have ended this issue immediately. Instead, I have been stuck in an endless loop. Every time I call UPS, I’m told to “contact the shipper for updates,” even after UPS themselves sent someone to the correct address to “investigate.” The conclusion was apparent from the start: the package was misdelivered, and it is now gone. At this point, the only reasonable explanations are that the package was taken by the person at the incorrect address or mishandled internally. Either way, this is a UPS failure. What’s most frustrating is not just the loss, but the deliberate delay and deflection of responsibility, which increasingly feels like an attempt to exhaust the customer into giving up rather than resolving a clear error. I have been patient, cooperative, and persistent for nearly two months. What I’ve received in return is avoidance, scripted responses, and no accountability. This review exists because standard channels have failed. If necessary, I will continue posting this review at every relevant UPS location until it reaches someone willing to take responsibility and resolve a straightforward case of a lost package. Customers should be aware: when UPS makes a mistake, getting a resolution can be far more difficult than it should ever be.

I'm very grateful for them keeping their word and successfully correcting my mistake
