I called customer service and after being hung up on 2 times I was told I had to go back to the location where I sent the letter. The next day my husband has to overnight something that still hsnt made it and its 3 days now! I dont know what the problem is but I spent right at 65 dollars to overnight the first letter. I should have just sent regular mail. Pick another place if you need it done on time!!
