  FedEx is the worst. I expect my shipment on Sunday.n no package . Stay home all day on Sunday can’t go anywhere . I called customer service to let them know that if they reschedule and delivery my package, I won’t be home until after five on business day they still delivering my package not read what the customer service requested. They have been delivered to my house for the past two days and I keep saying there’s nobody here till after five. They still didn’t read the support ticket that I called and submitted for the past three days

  Horrible FedEx. I’ve been coming to ship stuff for a long time over here, never had a problem, all the ladies are so nice and awesome. Then for the first time Judy attended me, she has the SASSIEST responses to the easiest questions ever. Why work in customer service if your life is miserable?, I asked her how I could find my shipping account number, responded so rude and said “well I can’t help you with that” can you not tell me how find it? Is that not your job? Refuses to even struggle or go out of her way to help people. Made me feel like the dumbest person, answers short and dry. I felt intimated by her which it’s something that a customer that it’s spending THEIR money should NOT be feeling. I would rather wait more time in a line than having her helping me.

  No matter what time of day I come here it takes 10 years to get anything done. UPS has me in and out within minutes. Using FedEx is a miserable experience to return any item. 0/10 recommend

  These employees need to be replaced with people who actually want to work and do their job. They are very lazy not helpful in anyway I felt sorry for the man next to me Judy was so rude to him for no reason at all he was an older gentlemen who had a hard time understanding the value of his package. Her behavior was uncalled for maybe it’s time for Judy to retire and go home if she doesn’t enjoy her job & doesn’t have the patience to help elderly people. She looks like she’s about at retirement age herself, so she should understand elderly people need extra help. FedEx home office needs to take a close look at this store.

  You can’t even get through on the damn phone. Easy let me know you don’t want me to spend money at your business without telling me you don’t want me to spend money at your business. I’m driving make a quick call to see if the fax is less than 2.00 a page I have to fax like 30 pages. Couldn’t get past the damn automated voice. I will never go there neither will my money 🤣
