- EXEmily XavierOct 22, 20251.0FedEx is the worst. I expect my shipment on Sunday.n no package . Stay home all day on Sunday can’t go anywhere . I called customer service to let them know that if they reschedule and delivery my package, I won’t be home until after five on business day they still delivering my package not read what the customer service requested. They have been delivered to my house for the past two days and I keep saying there’s nobody here till after five. They still didn’t read the support ticket that I called and submitted for the past three days

Then for the first time Judy attended me, she has the SASSIEST responses to the easiest questions ever. Why work in customer service if your life is miserable?, I asked her how I could find my shipping account number, responded so rude and said “well I can’t help you with that” can you not tell me how find it? Is that not your job? Refuses to even struggle or go out of her way to help people. Made me feel like the dumbest person, answers short and dry. I felt intimated by her which it’s something that a customer that it’s spending THEIR money should NOT be feeling. I would rather wait more time in a line than having her helping me.

This guy went above and beyond customer service to get me situated with how to scan, copy, and send some very important documents I had as well as assisted me with notary services and future packing needs. This man deserves recognition. He put a smile on my face. I thank him for his service.
