I understand it’s a busy job and there is a lot to do, but what job isn’t?! Making your customers feel welcomed shouldn’t be such a problem but she can’t even smile or ask anyone how their doing. She DOES NOT belong at a job that involves customer service!

She has it out for whole street now! Wrote a nasty note on my mail 2nd notice on trimming willow tree and bush that is not covering mail box, well where was 1st notice? This was so unprofessional and I will be going into post office to file a complaint.
