  Horrible service - I came in the evening before to drop off my zip drive at the Mt. Juliet store to have all my documents printed by the next day. The kid took my zip drive with a lot of very important legal documents and attempted to write my name down which he misspelled 3 times and my phone number. I've got a super easy name to spell. Then I come in the next morning only to find out my zip drive didn't even have my name and phone number attached to it. My zip drive was thrown on a desk with a note saying, "Need help with this." The morning associate hands me my zip drive and tells me I'll need to use the self service. I had a ridiculous amount of documents to print. The self copier was having issues and would not print all my documents even though we had just had them printed a few days before at Office Max with no problem. So I spent $50 something at the self copier, only to have to have the associate print the rest. He made me go find a package of colored paper to divide my documents (cheapest pack was $7) and then he printed the rest of the documents which was a lot. He ended up charging me for a rush order, which I could've picked this up later, but was never asked. So I spent less than $100 at Office Max for excellent service, the get charged approx $130 at Staples for super scrappy service. Not going back.

  Had to place my order twice due to a system glitch. Would’ve never known about the glitch as my order stated it was processing, but when I called, they couldn’t find my order at all, and I was on the phone for several minutes for them to tell me that I had to redo my order all the way. I wasn’t offered any type of discount or anything. Still couldn’t get my items in the same timeframe had to wait longer. Then I received my items and didn’t realize till after I left that the first sheet of stickers that I purchased had dirty fingerprints all over them. The postcards were more purple than gray just terrible quality. So basically, I paid $80 to do all the work and get terrible quality. Would not recommend for business printing.
