  This store is by far one of the worst UPS Stores I've ever attempted to use. Dropped off a package on Friday at 1:15pm. No scan showing a pickup on Friday night, so I gave it until Sunday before I called the store to verify that it was not still there. The person who answered the phone showed no concern, no offer to double check, just the standard everything is picked up every day at 630 with no exception and nothing is ever left behind. Well first of all I know that's a lie because most UPS stores don't have a pickup on Saturday and definitely not on Sunday. So, today my package is still showing no scan other than the drop off and nobody has offered any explanation on a package that must be to its destination by Thursday. Do NOT ever use this store as it is full of the most apathetic employees around.

  My package arrived there on March 7 2026 and is still sitting there as of March 10 2026. From reading other people's reviews this happens frequently.

  I am disappointed with my recent experience at the UPS location in Mt. Juliet, TN. The associate whose name is “Irving” assisted me and was rude and dismissive, and I did not feel treated respectfully during the interaction. In addition, I was charged more than expected without a clear explanation of the pricing. I hope management reviews this situation and reinforces customer service and pricing transparency at this location.

  Average of two employees working and No self help kiosk like other UPS stores. I can drive to Gallatin and use the kiosk and get back LITERALLY faster than using this store.
