The rep didn’t even have the customer go to the end of the line he allowed the customer to walk in and pick up a package. Yet when I asked the rep did that man just cut the line he stated yes, I’ve already addressed it. Addressing the situation would have been to tell the man who went in front of everyone to get in the back of the line until it was his turn. I will never be going to this location again.
