However, I'm currently pregnant and needed to return a decent size gift/package that had been sitting in my car. While there, I asked a young store rep if he would mind helping me get it out of my car that I intentionally parked right in front. He replied in front of other employees and customers, "You should get your baby daddy to help." Everyone gasped, shocked that he was bold enough to say that. Although I'm sure he meant it jokingly, or at least he said he did, nothing about that was funny to me. My HUSBAND was not there or else I wouldn't have needed help. He ultimately did help, but that doesn't change the fact that what he said was disrespectful. I remained calm in the moment, but I hope they train him to better work with customers, especially those in need of assistance, because everyone may not respond quite the same.

The gentleman took my information and made sure to receive the email with the plans. They told me it would be the next day and to give them until 2pm since it was Sunday and they did not open until noon. My wife called at 12pm to ensure it had not been lost in the day to day shuffle and called again at 2pm to check in. At 2pm they said 10-15 minutes and they would have the plans ready. We went to eat for approximately two hours, and when I stopped in to pick up my plans, they had not been printed. I was told “the paper was being loaded as we speak. It’ll be about fifteen minutes.” I went to Staples, and they were actually printed in less than 15 minutes with no notice and gave me a discount. I will never go to this store again.
