I’ve lived here 6 months and TWO packages over $50 have been “mysteriously misplaced” and “stolen” from my mailbox, which only I have a key to. And ive been to the post office multiple times trying to locate my packages and your employees are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Once in 6 months is ridiculous, how hard is it to put a package in the correct box but TWO? In the same scenario? They are marked delivered in the box and nothings there, no key OR THE WRONG KEY?

- LLLindseyJun 15, 20251.0I really, really, really wish that my medication bag; that contains an entire months worth of medications, would stop getting shoved in my mailbox. My bag comes with weekly med packs that end up busted open and loose in the bottom of my bag. Weeks mixed together but, worse of all, medications are crushed. My inhaler boxes crushed and one inhaler canister is loose in the bottom of my bag with the loose medications. This is not the first time this has happened and it won't be the first time I've complained about this. What the flip?!
