- JNJeff NOct 8, 20251.0Woman at front desk With Glasses Rude as can be. Not sure why they would even put her there if she's going to be so snippy. Also always loosing packages then when you try and get the insurance back out of it cannot upload photos no one there can help process for the insurance. Have Lost about $500 dollars so far this year in the mail form them.
