- LBLexie BaylorOct 17, 20255.0Brandy is the kindest postal worker/ human being I have ever met. She knows all of her customers by name, and goes above and beyond for every customer. If anyone deserves a promotion or raise it is this woman. My father is elderly and has heart failure she knows him by name, asks about him and his health every time I am there. She holds packages when they are coming from him, knows his address by heart, and always has a huge smile on her face. I’ve seen this woman cover people’s fees (out of her own pocket) when they don’t have enough money to cover their bill. I’ve seen her stop what she is doing to help the elderly when they’re having trouble walking or standing at the counter. She answers the phones early and is always willing to let me pick up my packages from the buzzer door, even when the post office is not technically open yet. There isn’t anything she won’t do to help a customer in need. She is an angel on earth. I’ve honestly never met anyone like her, if she’s ever had a bad day, you’d never know it, because she has never let it show..

The staff at the post office has been so kind to us and have helped us in every way possible with stellar service. Special shout out to Julie who has been exceptional in helping us track down those wayward packages and hang on to the shipments we receive until we are able to pick them up. I just can't say enough and tell how much we have felt welcome by the staff.
