- KWKierra WithersApr 15, 20261.0At this point I’m not sure why this location hasn’t been under investigation when the workers are lazy and nonetheless rude. There are so many bad reviews to reflect these claims. I am the only person that has lived at my address and although there is not an assigned carrier on my route, per the post office, one of the drivers returned less than two weeks worth of mail. I made contact and informed them I do reside here and not sure why a green card stating vacant was in my box. I’m currently awaiting important mail and this carrier took it upon himself to return my mail. Linda the “manager” is rude. Lashonda the post master lacks intelligence. I’ve filed a complaint against them because no one in their right mind operates the way this location does. If you hate your job, quit it. It’s simple instead of over complicating and inconveniencing others lives. I work in customer service and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever endured. I won’t stop until something is done about this location.
