- NBNicole BurdAug 5, 20175.0Great little post office off Milligan highway, between Johnson City and Elizabethton, Tennessee. This US Post Office is open to public use, even though on the campus of Milligan College. Convienent to entrance of college and a few parking spaces. But usually there is always a parking space for parking. Two outdoor mailboxes available WITH AFTERNOON PICK UP ONLY. There is great people working Stamps, boxes, cards, and gift wrapping sold, forms you might need like any other post office might have. I have no complaints and that's saying something.
