Literally had several packages with tracking saying out for delivery and they just drive on by. When I tried to call to call it automatically when to voicemail with out so much as a single ring of the phone.

I had a family emergency with my father in which I needed to take care of my father in Corinth,ms a few months and wasn’t always able to pick up my mail at my home address and my mom works a lot down the street with my neighbors wife who has dementia. The carrier cancelled sending mail to my home address because they believed no one was home anymore. I tried to get post master BETH NAYLOR to fix my issue but she absolutely believed no one lived they and that they needed evidence that someone has moved into the resident that I’ve been living at for 30 years. She is incredibly rude and claims to have 27 years of experience yet she knows no one in the area. Please read this and make her famous. My parents are elderly need to still be able to receive there mail at their home.
