This is the third time shipping and receiving that my items have been taken, federal offences and nothing is done. They are DISGUSTING. I DIDNT WANT TO EVEN GIVE ONE STAR BUT YOU DONT HAVE A CHOICE.

Instead it jump from Gainesville Florida to Texas and from Texas to Tennessee Memphis Tennessee to be exact it's been stuck up there since February 28th hadn't even made it back to Atlanta I need to know what's going on with my package and no one's giving me an answer wise's stuck in Tennessee

The employee who answered the phone ( she said her name was Hertz/ something like that; she could have lied, but she spoke to me in a dismissive tone and interrupted me several times, which made it difficult to get the information I needed. She refused to listen to my questions and ended the call without offering any clear assistance. I understand that staff can be busy, but basic courtesy and clear communication over the phone are important, especially when customers are trying to resolve mailing issues. I hope management will address phone etiquette and customer service so future callers are treated with more respect.
