- CCcbreeze1322Mar 21, 20261.0I don't know the specific location so this will have to do. I have a package coming from Iowa to Alabama. From Iowa it went to Illinois and immediately went back to Iowa. It moved around in Iowa for 3 days! Finally made progress and got to Memphis Tennessee. I was hoping to get it the next day since Memphis is only 3 or 4 hours away. It was in Memphis for 4 hours and departed around 6pm. I wake up the next morning and check the tracking and now it's in GEORGIA! WHY??? Memphis is all the way on the left side of Tennessee! Why go completely through Alabama where the delivery is going and take the package to Georgia??? As you can see on the map the package almost went directly through where I am. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Pitiful service!!!!! Words can not express how disgusted I am. Well maybe the "sentence enhancers" could...
- KKKatherineAnnMar 9, 20263.0FYI if you’ve selected this location for your passport appointment and select the “w/ photo” option, their camera is not working so essentially that option is not available. Apparently the camera hasn’t been working since last year according to the employee at Walgreens where I took my photo. So you’re better off getting your photo done at your nearest Walgreens first or the one located at 6310 Poplar (whichever is closest) then arriving for your appointment so you don’t have to start the process then dash to a Walgreens then return to the post office to complete your appointment.

The young clerk just left me standing there after she took a package to the back and did not even try to assist me. It seems like they have a problem when you just walk over to the counter or something! I like the older ladies that work here.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered a few months back, the day of the delivery while I saw the USPS driver handing out mail, they skipped over my house completely and then which updated the package status to “Unable to deliver package” an said something along the lines of “something blocking mailbox” I went outside to check and oh my gosh? Nothing was there. I called and spoke to someone who was pretty understanding and said it would be delivered the next day. Now I am waiting on a package that says it will be here TODAY by 9PM. There has been NO update on the delivery.
