The store was overly crowded and she was professional the entire time and extremely patient with everyone's needs. I left another location that wasn't even busy and I couldn't get the simple assistance to print a return label. Victoria walked me through the steps, in and out. That's exceptional service, even with the store being crowded. She worked that crowd down like it was nothing! Good job ma'am, that really made my day.

- TJTann JohnsonFeb 23, 20261.01/13/2026 I paid $28 to have a dress sent over night to my aunt who needed it for a funeral. Needless to say the dress never arrived. I submitted a claim and after a few weeks the dress was deemed lost per UPS. So, I was asked to provide proof of purchase so that I maybe reimbursed for the cost of the dress and the shipment cost. When I went back into the store approximately 2 weeks ago, I was told to allow 30 more days. It has been over a month and I am still waiting on my reimbursement. I will no longer be using this location.
