  This is a long detailed review but yall... please read it and save yourself the headache of dealing with these folks. Do. Not. Do. Business. With. This. Company. Apart from horrible customer service; they are just unfit to take care of customers and the needs they are supposed to be providing. I had placed an order with Samsung for a delivery plus install (paid additional fees) Samsung shipped my items when they said they would. RXO picked up said item and delayed delivery by 2 days. 1 of which they didn't notify us about. Then said you'll get it at end of week. Fine, what else can we do anyways. Day for delivery and install comes around. Get notification that order is scheduled for 3-7pm. Crickets. They show up at nearly 10pm!!!!!!!!! These 2 young guys can barely lift the tv as it is brought it up my walkway. Kept laying it down so box is soaking wet and dragged it inside my entryway area. Took about 12 pictures of them leaning it against a wall and they start walking out the door. We were like uh aren't you going to install it? HE SAID NO. HE DOESNT DO THAT. I just about fell out. What do you mean? They proceeded to leave. I call the after hours customer service line and they tell me that it shows delivered.... they can't do anything on their end and cant get a hold of the delivery location near me. They can put in a ticket for it supposedly. Call again. Customer service had the audacity to sit in the phone room and laugh about the situation. Same thing apparently there's a ticket getting put it. Just now its the next business day and I called again and THERE WASNT A TICKET TO PUT IN TO BEGIN WITH. No one can reach the delivery service truck or employees. Im at a loss for words. Samsung did have amazing service and I can be refunded but NOT until RXO releases the delivery. I even told them to offer customers to have the option on the purchase page to select a different courier for order. So I have a big, wet, box propped against my wall. Be warned.

  It is the most worst delivery company I ever deal with I have a mattress I should receive from serta llc From December 2025 . And today is February 18, 2026 still not receive the mattress because this company will give you appointment for delivery and They will cancel it one day before the delivery day and every time they have a reason that they did not receive the mattress I cannot take a day off every week waiting For appointment that will be canceled Even the customer service that they have very rude very unprofessional plus they lie So the only choice that they have ask for a refund

  Still waiting for my package to be delivered and keep saying it needs to be rescheduled, tried to communicate with them by phone and e-mail but I got no answer, very poor service
