Missing delivery dates, constant driver changes, and now a delivery of wrong/bad water. The water delivered tastes like soapy water from the hose. The customer service has been ok. I'm looking for a new water delivery service. The company will probably reply with some generic "We're sorry for the inconvenience, blah blah blah" which is not personal at all. Thus, they really aren't taking any accountability for their actions.

We are two weeks late on delivery with zero indication of when we will get water. They bill us and then don’t deliver water. We call customer service and then customer service deletes records of our calls or puts us on hold. I would not recommend this company no hate to leave a one star review. But this company is like paying the gas station $20 on pump one and then being told there is no gas and no refunds.
