- BCB CMar 13, 20261.0FedEx was once an amazing company. When Frederick W. Smith effectively gave up, and that all ended. With that, there is no doubt that FedEx will make up any excuse imaginable NOT to give a customer a refund...in our circumstance: $180.40 to be exact. FedEx was more than a day late on an overnight 10:30AM guaranteed delivery. We filed a request for a refund which is built intentionally complicated to scare people away. FedEx denied it based on Weather Delay - High Winds - LIES...The problem is, there no wind advisory or flight cancellation at the Memphis International Airport on 03/10/2026. Instead, based on tracking the package was on a FedEx loading dock when it should have been at the airport sorting hub in order to reach its destination. FedEx, stop lying to people. Stop thinking you are too large to fail. You had a simple task, and you failed.

I went there February 4th 2026 at 7:35 but I feel like it’s covid time. Employee doesn't interested with customer they just wanna do their work so they can close store on time. This store next to fedex headquarter. Still they don’t care. I have FedEx account but I feel like I have to open UPS ACCOUNT SO I CAN HAVE BATTER SERVICE. Even FedEx phone customer service never got good response and many time you will not get answers.
