  This place was buzzing! Everyone was working hard. Pleasant greeting followed up with courteous, prompt service. There was a line of customers and they were moving us right through. I was very pleased. Tori deserves special recognition. She was awesome. I had no idea what I was doing and she made it easy. Kudos

  Don’t expect anyone at this location to actually help you I hope Everything here, yourself! I count no less than four employees and we had to ask three times for help.

  Came here because the one further down poplar by wing stop was trash. Read my review over there if you're interested. Brooke at this location was great!! She helped me and 3 other customers at the same time and was still efficient, effective, and friendly. The job I had to print was too complicated for the one my wingstop to even try... Brooke did it with a smile in about 6 min. Thanks Brooke! I'll be returning to this location for my many print needs!

  I have been using sending my packages to FedEx office locations for pickup for years because I am a hard working woman who does not have time to sit home and wait for packages. SO on 11/13/25 I came in to pick up my package and I had a valid driver's license and the white girl behind the counter would not give me my package because my address changed. I had to show here my lease to my house to get my package. That should not be and she basically tried to call me a scammed. I Will be calling corporate because people move all the time. So there is a lot of people who don't have a matching address on their license. This lady is very disrespectful and probably racist or is probably miserable and unhappy and wants to make everyone's life like hers. I will be reaching out to corporate. If she is unhappy she should get another job
