    I have had many bad experiences at this post office. I have my PO Box there. I have have had packages with my tracking number which was there, but mysteriously is no longer there. Packages will say delivered in USPS account can't be found. Mail that says delivered is not there. Also mail and packages that go from Distribution system to the wrong post office and moved through the system from days to weeks. Our Postal System which I have supported is radically broken. We desperately need workers who can answer questions, work in a spirit of service and professionalism. Maybe it's time for many to retire. Maybe they are tired. I AM SERIOUS. WE NEED TO REVAMP OUR POSTAL SERVICE FROM THE BOTTOM UP. TEAR IT DOWN. GET ROD OF OLD MINDSETS AND START FRESH. I SIMPLY SPOKE ABOUT THE SOUTH PRESCOTT BRANCH IN MEMPHIS. ALSO THERE IS NO POWER ST MASTER AT THE POST OFFICES. AT LEAST, I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ONE. SUPERVISORS HAVE A NUMBER YOU HAVE TO CALL. DESPERATELY IN NEED OF REVAMPING.

    I'm constantly not getting certain mail and packages, it shows in my informed delivery that a package is due but none is delivered. Today supposedly I was delivered a package put in the parcel locker from what the informed delivery notification said, but I never received an email with a kiosk number like I usually do when a package is put in the parcel locker. The resident manager opened ALL the parcel lockers and my package was not there. I am so frustrated that this happens, to have informed delivery service, but not receive.the package or mail that is indicated..

    Depends on the time of day. I have NEVER had any issues with this location. The staff is wonderful. Peak time hours are precisely that and unfortunately that's when most people are there.

    I don’t mind the long and slow lines, however I am constantly having packages delivered to my P.O. box and not receiving the yellow slips that notify me. I am particularly disturbed about this lack of awareness to my belongings, especially my packages. How many other packages have been lost because their owner didn’t get a yellow slip? This is basic post office work, how are you guys messing this up? Come on.

    I called because my package ha been sitting here almost a week not moving and everytime I call nobody answers. I called and the lady was RUDE I mean so rude I've never met anyone like that, all because in allied and she wasn't on the clock. This post office should be closed down a waste of people answering the phones. Garbage!
