The shipper merchant was kind enough to refund me for their mistake I had to push a piece of mail that was not mine back through my mailslot into their mail room floor today . That's the second or 3rd time, i had to do that, i understand they hired a new person, still, i've worked in the mail room and I adhered to attention and detail and put the mail in the correct box. FIx this problem.
