Monday the manager was not there and on Tuesday she was in the back sent her employee to tell me I had to wait to solve the issue with my box. Went back today and no manager on site at 9:30 when they opened ask clerk if she could phone her manager like the person on Friday did she stated she didn't have her number or know who the Postmaster General was. Customer service needs to improve.
- LJLori JonesJan 20, 20181.0The carrier is always delivering to the wrong mailbox and when you call the post office on Tunica the attitude with the supervisor is awful she cuts the conversation short and make it seem like you're wrong I feel as if I'm the carrier I'm always delivering mail to the correct address not the first complaint I've made please let them bring my regular carrier back
