Make sure you insure your packages if you’re mailing anything out of any Memphis location. Or expecting anything coming through any Memphis facility.. Likely to turn up missing…. “Lost as they call it”

I asked her a simple question about my package that they messed up and didn't deliver to me as they were suppose to and she kept getting very sarcastic with me!!! Then she kept cutting me off just as I would ask the question in a very civilized manner.. idk what kind of people that they hire but they need to reconsider the process because I'm highly upset with this branch!!
