    Bad Customer service They Never Want To do there job they Lie Like your mail isn’t there even if you contact The sender And They Confirmed that it was there but This Mail Office Says Other wise . morning shift to evening shift lazy They Doesn't care about the public Honestly need new staff members

    This is the worst post office with the absolute worst workers. I don't think they can read. My mail and packages have been arriving smelling like pot. I've had to call to have them investigated too. Horrible. On all my packages it states to deliver to side door. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE to deliver to the side door. I even talked to the postman when he delivered our mail. He said he can't go in the backyard because we might have a dog. I told him we don't have a dog. He still said he was not allowed to deliver to our side door.....that is in our carport. Which is about 20 ft away from the front door. I pointed to it and he said they cant do it.They are lazy. They ALWAYS give us other people's mail. No matter how many times we write return to sender, not at this address or put the flag up for it to be delivered to the correct people. They were lated delivering my paperwork for insurance and court. Called insurance to see if it was sent on time, it was. Should have received it a week before. Called, complained, then got they letters the next day. They threw our mail on the ground and drove off. This post office location need to be shut down, and everyone fired. They are horrible. The manager who runs it,last time I called was rude as he'll and kept hanging up. FIRE EVERYONE AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK AND CAN READ!!!!!!!!

    Terrible post office. The package was delivered 237 ft south of the requested delivery address, same house number but the next street over. This info was not provided to me by the local post office, but by the usps representative that I spoke with after filing an online complaint. They gave the supervisor the opportunity to resolve the issue. She contacted me only to dispute that my package had been delivered. I don't like back and forth, long hold times and arguing with stupidity. I expect a solution. Customer rep for USPS stated that "the supervisor at the Baskin location is had been pretty good at handling these matters"... Apparently she's tired of doing her job. It cost me less time and effort to type a letter, pay for postage, and file a formal complaint with the: Office of the Consumer Advocate 475 L'enfant Plaza SW Washington DC 20260. Package tracked, (same as it was in the beginning), the Issue was resolved & money refunded. If you are forced to go this route. Document dates, time, who you've spoken with, content of coversation, tracking & complaint number, and the total cost of the items. I sent a copies of confirmation/tracking emails received from the shipper and the total cost of items I ordered and copies of correspondence beginning with my initial online complaint filed with USPS. Do this within 3 months and also track the letter to Washington. If you have the option, have packages that are of value to you delivered to a different location/PO Box. The Baskin location = Incompetence. Or maybe just avoid USPS whenever its possible.

    WHEN I WALKED IN A LADY WAS ASKN WHY HER CHECK DIDNT MAKE IT AND I WAS THERE FOR THE SAME THING IM JUS SMH I GUESSS ITS CHECK STEALING SEASON AT THIS POST OFFICE AND DONT KNOWBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO PPL MONEY .. HOW DO YOU PUT A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERD WHEN YOU ALL KNOW IT NEVER WAS JUST LOWDOWN .
