The lady mail carriers are terrible; I usually do not have a problem asking the guys to close my door on my box properly, after the first time the door is always closed. They continue to not close my door properly and the door falls right open as soon as they get off the street. My mail is getting wet and sometimes falling out on the ground. I have mentioned this to supervisors before, and nothing has happened. I went back and mentioned it to a guy today and he said he will do something about it. I saw the carrier down the street before she got to my house, I asked her to please close the door properly, it looks like she left the door open on purpose. There was no mail in my box and the door was open. Before she came, the door was close properly and tight. There used to be a time when they held carriers accountable. This is very sad and bad. This is in Bartlett, not the hood.
