Tell me why the lady working the desk decided it would be an amazing idea to abandon her line of people ( that was to the door mind you) to come breath down my neck while I am purchasing a box to ship my items in in the self serve kiosk. Not only is she questioning me, quite rudely mind you, if I purchased said box while the processing payment is on the screen, but she also decided to stand there the entire time I was trying to print my prepaid label. While printing my label she decides that it would be the correct thing to snap at me the entire time I'm trying to do it because I went to the wrong section? Ma'ma I promise I know how to do this. I've scanned a shipping barcode a multitude of times, I was not in the wrong area there are 2 ways to scan it and I had both the QR code and the tracking barcoda you did not have to back me out of the application to do it yourself. . The entire time I was in there she was rude and very unkind. I understand everyone has their off days, hell I work in food service I get it customers can be annoying but there is no reason to follow me to the kiosk and watch my entire transaction and treat me unkindly.
