I had to deal with this office due to a delivery driver issue. This office is dysfunctional from the station manager down the supervisory ranks to the delivery drivers and front counter staff. The phone etiquette is a negative 5 and in person not much better. The day I went to the office, thinking I was the only one having issues, 2 ladies arrived with driver problems (1 was a neighbor behind my subdivision with the same terrible driver) the other was 3 subdivisions down with a different driver. There was also a customer upset at the treatment by staff at the counter. This was a 30 minute span. After speaking with the station manager, I fully understood why they have a satisfaction rating of 1.9 hahaha. I'm surprised it's that high. I have dealt with the offices on Hackscross, Germantown, Olive Branch Ms, and Collierville and have never been met with such disrespect, indifference, hostility and poor customer service.

The postal workers need to be investigated. I received a package which was already opened and the content of the package was missing. I went to this post office with the package immediately only for the manager to state that the employee states the package was like that when she got it. They don't see anything wrong with that? Why would you deliver an opened/empty package? The manager was no help at all and sent me on my way to report the theft online. There's no concern at all. The worker at the counter who greeted me was nice but from there on in it was a mess and very unprofessional. Someone is stealing packages but management doesn't seem to be concerned? The way he handled this and the lack of concern ( if he was even the manager) was very disappointing. I have filed two reports and will also file a report with the police. This has to stop. There is no accountability. So workers can steal packages and the customer has to jump through hoops to try and get this resolved? This post office, procedures, and management is a joke.
