The young clerk just left me standing there after she took a package to the back and did not even try to assist me. It seems like they have a problem when you just walk over to the counter or something! I like the older ladies that work here.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered a few months back, the day of the delivery while I saw the USPS driver handing out mail, they skipped over my house completely and then which updated the package status to “Unable to deliver package” an said something along the lines of “something blocking mailbox” I went outside to check and oh my gosh? Nothing was there. I called and spoke to someone who was pretty understanding and said it would be delivered the next day. Now I am waiting on a package that says it will be here TODAY by 9PM. There has been NO update on the delivery.

I selected the option to do a re delivery but nobody came on the day of re delivery or the whole week after. I then got a call from a USPS employee from that office and said do you want us to redeliver and I said yes. Again nobody ever came and my wife was at home the whole time. I then went to the USPS after a week and the same woman said that they sent the letter back to the IRS because they were the senders. I was fined because I got a notice from the IRS that I never received because of USPS. This USPS office is running a SCAM where they never deliver packages. Just postal workers who pretend to work but don’t work. This coincidence cannot happen 3 times. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS!
