- MMMimi McCarrollFeb 18, 20265.0I went yesterday around 3 PM to hand cancel my wedding invitations, and the lady behind the counter could not have been any kinder or more helpful. She cared just as much as I did about the invitations staying pretty. I was there for an hour and witnessed how well she treated every customer who came in. She was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I did not get her name, but she deserves the recognition.

- YCYingying CaiAug 14, 20241.0Here to pick up post office white totes for business usage, and was told not suppose to give it to individual. We never had any trouble like that at other location, this is absurd. No wonder the 1 star reviews popping up for this location. White tote says “USPS” only, we only used it for “USPS” mail pick ups. Just like priority envelopes, even though it says USPS only but people can take it home for packaging as long as for USPS priority shipments. This location make up their own rules and also super rude.
