UPS delivered the package and when I went to retrieve it, store personnel dismissively claimed not to have received the package. The package had very distinct wrapping and I pointed to a package in the back that looked like it could be mine, the work “Anderson” dismissively said it wasn’t mine without checking. I was able to finally get my package the next day after speaking to about 5 different people at UPS. The store took no accountability for overlooking/not scanning my package. It’s right before the holidays and the store personnel’s attitudes would lead one to believe that they are intentionally claiming packages haven’t been delivered…
