Tina was so kind, helpful and fast! I’ve had some “interesting” experiences at other places, but this was a very pleasant and quick trip! Thank you Tina at the Memphis Kirby Pkwy location!

I came in their this Morning about 11or so and the young lady that helped me was so awesome she was doing her job as well as helping at the need.She did such a wonderful job on the printing that I needed.And her Customer Service was awesome as well thank you again!!!

The agent was wonderful. I almost missed scanning in all of my packages and thanks to her quick wit and help I didn’t miss anything. The store was efficient, clean and the staff is professional and kind all around. It’s my favorite UPS store. This was the evening of Jan 8, 2026 but I've had a wonderful experience every time.
