I submitted a claim and after a few weeks the dress was deemed lost per UPS. So, I was asked to provide proof of purchase so that I maybe reimbursed for the cost of the dress and the shipment cost. When I went back into the store approximately 2 weeks ago, I was told to allow 30 more days. It has been over a month and I am still waiting on my reimbursement. I will no longer be using this location.
