I'm having trouble deciding between two and three stars. I'd give two and a half if it was an option. I live in a somewhat rural area and I could not get anyone to deliver a washing machine to me. I ended up ordering one directly from Samsung. The first delivery date was rescheduled for two days later which really wasn't a terrible thing, I was just glad someone could deliver, haul away the old moldy washer that was in the house when I bought it, and hook up the new one. The men who delivered my washer arrived on schedule, were very kind and very polite, but they told me they couldn't install the washer because they couldn't shut off the water in my laundry room. Each way they turned the knobs, water still came out when they tried to unhook the old washer. I asked if they could wait about ten minutes for my sister to get here with the tool to turn the water off at the street and they said no. They had other deliveries to make and I would be able to call them back out once I got the water situated. I was incredibly disappointed but I gave them a break, it wasn't their fault, the knobs to turn off the water were broken. My sister said "they probably just saw the narrow hallway and didn't want to take the time and effort they would need to do the install." My house was built in 1940 and does have narrow doorways and a very narrow hallway, but the washer did fit through them with a few inches to spare on each side. She had her husband come over that night after working a ten hour day in Mississippi. He took a look, took a pic, uploaded it to ChatGPT, and it told him which way the handles needed to be for the water to be off. He put them in that position, unhooked the old washer without a problem, no water spraying or even leaking from the hookup, and my sister (4'11 130 pounds) and myself (5'1" 125 pounds) helped him get my 300 pound washer dryer combo on a dolley, back to my laundry room, and hooked up without water flooding the laundry room or even dripping from the hookup site. I really didn't want to believe her about them simply not wanting to do their job because it looked too difficult, but now it appears to me that it really was the case. If they truly couldn't figure out which way my knobs needed to be for the water to turn off, it seems odd they are installing appliances that need water supplies, and that they don't have a tool to turn the water off in the house if they need to do that. I am glad they left the washer, I am very glad it was delivered. They were literally my only option for delivery here, but the haul away and install I paid a little over $50 extra for never happened and I now have an old washer sitting in my backyard that I have to pay even more money to get rid of. I have edited the review after they contacted me and refunded the fifty dollars I paid for install and haul away, and they sent people back to take the old washer. I am very grateful they made this right, and I will use their service again. Thank you!!

Actual delivery was fine. Getting my dishwasher scheduled was not ok. I was supposed to receive my item LAST Saturday. I received an email stating a "delivery emergency" so that I would not receive my dishwasher as originally scheduled. I was told the following Wednesday would be my next delivery date. I emailed Tuesday night for estimated arrival for Wednesday. I then received an email at 630am Wednesday that I was not on the schedule and would have to reschedule again. So frustrating.
