And today is February 18, 2026 still not receive the mattress because this company will give you appointment for delivery and They will cancel it one day before the delivery day and every time they have a reason that they did not receive the mattress I cannot take a day off every week waiting For appointment that will be canceled Even the customer service that they have very rude very unprofessional plus they lie So the only choice that they have ask for a refund

As of right now, it is starting to look bleak on my products getting delivered, and as of right now, they are committing theft over $1,000. Definitely not a good look for the company, I would suggest getting things together very, very quickly.

The driver can’t drive! The delivery man wouldn’t show me their badges to enter our home to deliver so I had them leave it at the door. My husband and neighbor brought it inside and assembled the range. RXO I’m disappointed and I have filed a claim for reimbursement for my property. I had photos and have sent them to my attorney for immediate action. The damages are $720 for my property I expect full reimbursement immediately.
