I guess I will have to leave my job in Jackson in order to physically go to the post office and check on my package. Ridiculous! They obviously keep the phone off the hook.

It was hanging half-way out, and wedged in there so tight, I almost couldn’t get it out of the box. Usually my boxes are brought to my door. And it’s not Covid related, because Ups still delivers to the door. Plus my box was in the blaring sun. Ridiculous 😡

The North Jackson offices are rude and the line is extremely long. The folks at the Medina Post Office are professional, extremely helpful, and nice.
