I invested in a delivery box within walking distance from my mail box and although I already spoke to them, they still don't deliver when they feel like it. Next, they lie and put a FINAL notice in my box, despite the tracking on the website and Amazon contradict that - where they never gave me any prior notices to the FINAL one. Tried speaking to the manager - where he said he would get back with me and no response. This is fraud, they are getting paid by Amazon for services they are not performing.
