- BMBritni MeadSep 20, 20251.0Mail is suppose to be delivered 6 days a week. Lucky to get 5 days. Sad never have I experienced such unpredictable service. May or may not get mail packages are out for delivery but never show up. Unacceptable

- RDR DCJan 5, 20221.0I have had such poor service from this PO. I have paid for change of address service to have some of my mail returned. I was then told that they were doing me a favor by holding my mail because a temporary change of address was put it. The Post Master actually yelled at me and claimed I was harassing her after calling 2 times. And the only reason I called back was because Adrian hung up the phone. I called back an provided the confirmation number on the receipt. I have had so much mail returned over the last year. Financial documents, payments, letters of condolence from a Family death, retirement forms and Christmas Cards. The PM says that office did not return the items, but it is stamped from this PO. There is a certain lack of effective leadership in this organization. This has been going on for 3 years. I will compile a list of recordings and videos to share with others. Shame.
