- JWJames WenckJan 31, 20261.0I thought that the U.S. Postal service slogan was " Rain, Haily, Sleet , Snow the mail will go. I've been waiting over a week for a package and was told the delivery people would not come in. I was at the post office and asked for my package and was told there was too many packages to sort through to find it. There was a man infront of me also and he told the lady he was looking for a check. She told him the same as i was told. I will get it when the snow and ice melts. Thefloors looked like the had not been mopped in months the conters were dirty and trash cans full. I'm disappointed in the McEwen TN Postal service.

- RDR DCJan 5, 20221.0I have had such poor service from this PO. I have paid for change of address service to have some of my mail returned. I was then told that they were doing me a favor by holding my mail because a temporary change of address was put it. The Post Master actually yelled at me and claimed I was harassing her after calling 2 times. And the only reason I called back was because Adrian hung up the phone. I called back an provided the confirmation number on the receipt. I have had so much mail returned over the last year. Financial documents, payments, letters of condolence from a Family death, retirement forms and Christmas Cards. The PM says that office did not return the items, but it is stamped from this PO. There is a certain lack of effective leadership in this organization. This has been going on for 3 years. I will compile a list of recordings and videos to share with others. Shame.
