- TRTiffany RoseNov 12, 20251.0I just recently moved to this area and I’m trying to get use to my all of my Amazon packages being delivered by the post office. At my previous residence Amazon delivered the packages to my home. The carriers are good about putting large boxes on my front porch but when it comes to my packages that are delivered in plastic bag envelopes they literally stuff the large packages into mailbox and damage the items. I had to return one item because it was damaged and I was unable to use it. If this happens again I will have to file a complaint with the post office which I really don’t want to do.

With my recent complaint the postmaster Constance's solution is to punish me by having the carrier place undeliverable package slips so I have to go to office to pick up my packages. Constance gave me a 1800AskUSPS number which send me in circles. Just awful.
