We have had to go through the city of Alcoa to get approval for the placement of our on site mailbox. The approval comes after a city board meeting. This is out of our control. It is all up to the city officials ( whom our tax dollars pay). Every time I have been to this office to pick up our help mail, I have gotten bad attitudes from the men working behind the counter. The mail carrier for this area informed me today, they can no longer hold our mail. So, I went online and rented a P.O. Box. I received an email directing me to go to the Post Office to complete the transaction and pick up my box keys. Now this is all AFTER I paid online. I get here and they will not accept the business identification that I have and cannot issue a refund either. Do Not Do Business Here. They are rude and unhelpful in every possible way. Oh and by the way.......my tax dollars also pay their damn salary!!!!!
