They always handle long lines, short staffing, and holiday chaos while staying patient with some of the rudest customers. This is not the emergency room. Waiting a few extra seconds in line isn’t a crisis. From a lot of these other comments-- they have zero control over how your mail carrier delivers your mail. If there’s an issue with your carrier, there’s a form you can request to fill out and it goes to the mail carrier's supervisor.

I have lived in my house for 12 years parked in the same spot and NEVER had an issue from the carrier......until now they took my normal carrier off my route and put a new one who drives a tan Sequoia with a messed up bumper who drives over curbs into our yards and is very rude to women until a man comes around tried to call to make a complaint but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER!!!!!!! this is ridiculous and beyond what a business should be ran like!
