I needed to ask about forwarding service that seems to be interrupted; the endgame was that I was to pay an "expert" $5 for help. Locally, I could walk in and get my question answered. But the system is user-vicious to negotiate otherwise.

Because when you receive your bills and there due the EXACT day you get your mail every time that's a problem.
