- CCCheftNov 10, 20251.0I have a pkg that's coming from Manchester, TN. According to my tracking info. It has been sitting in a P.O. in this area from Nov. 3 to Nov. 10. 7 days!! I live in FL. and it originally showed arriving to me by Nov. 8. Seriously! What the heck is going on here???? This is ridiculous!!!!

The woman assisting me was rude, dismissive, and clearly not well informed. Despite confirming with official passport customer service that my documentation was correct, she refused to send it in. She claimed she had received an email stating otherwise — which turned out to be false, as I later received my passport without issue. This situation was incredibly stressful, especially since my application was time-sensitive for international employment. Instead of helping, she laughed at me and made me cry. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. To management: please ensure your staff are properly trained and treat customers with respect. And to anyone reading this — do your own research and trust the official passport resources. I did, and it proved I was right all along. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

- GGGHOSTAug 6, 20255.0Unlike the whinny liberal that made a video of a parking lot ( like we go there for a parking lot ) for me this place is awesome! in some cases depending on packaging amount I bring by I have to go to tullahoma that has no limit on how many I bring in a day, but other than that this place is over all awesome with fast service and always ready to help get your packages scanned with the receipt in hand in under 2 minutes! Still not sure why this place has a less than 5 star review.... guess the cry babies trying to find a way to complain over anything when there's nothing wrong! Keep up the good work post office peoples in manchester! See yall tomorrow and everyday after 🥳
- CMCollin MinorAug 1, 20251.0Absolute worst USPS services I’ve EVER experienced. Mail Lady has no respect and was BANGING on my door like she had a warrant not once but twice trying to deliver a certified letter to someone that doesn’t live here. TWICE. Mail lady has been told by me once before a person by that name DOES NOT live in my residence and once by my elderly mother whom she scared BANGING on my door like she did. The most recent time I wasnt home and she was told once again do not bang on my door like that and that person does not live here. I haven’t received mail in almost 2 weeks now. No notices, no correspondence, just quit delivering my mail. I’ve never had a 2 week span without mail so I’m fairly confident that situation has something to do with it. My mail box is at the road so you can still deliver my mail without seeing or speaking to me and If you didn’t like my reaction DONT BANG ON PEOPLES DOORS LIKE THAT. I felt it in the floor of my home. That’s unacceptable. I’ll be making a formal complaint on Monday.
