- CCCheftNov 10, 20251.0I have a pkg that's coming from Manchester, TN. According to my tracking info. It has been sitting in a P.O. in this area from Nov. 3 to Nov. 10. 7 days!! I live in FL. and it originally showed arriving to me by Nov. 8. Seriously! What the heck is going on here???? This is ridiculous!!!!

The woman assisting me was rude, dismissive, and clearly not well informed. Despite confirming with official passport customer service that my documentation was correct, she refused to send it in. She claimed she had received an email stating otherwise — which turned out to be false, as I later received my passport without issue. This situation was incredibly stressful, especially since my application was time-sensitive for international employment. Instead of helping, she laughed at me and made me cry. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. To management: please ensure your staff are properly trained and treat customers with respect. And to anyone reading this — do your own research and trust the official passport resources. I did, and it proved I was right all along. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

When I spoke to her boss he told me to park it my the dumpster. Really?!? Park a government vehicle by a dumpster were their semi trucks have to back in for deliveries. So condescending...
