We just recently moved to the area and spoke with the manager (Renee) if that’s her real name and she was absolutely horrible! Rude and nasty and continued to tell me how the carriers were hers! Highly disrespectful to customers!! I mean thanks for the amazing welcoming lady! I’ve lived in Maryville 18 yrs and will definitely miss my post office!! That place is ran by the sweetest human beings you will ever meet! They show people what true customer service should be! This manager should be fired!! I filed complaints an so has many others

Had two shipping issues in the past two days with my Amazon packages, one said delivered to my garage/ around garage and no where to be found my second one said I had to pickup up at local office “at owner’s request” which I didn’t request, this issue seems like an ongoing issue at this location in the past couple months, needs to be resolved!

The absolute worst delivery service ever! I have lived at my address for the last 22 years. Haven’t had much trouble with postal service until the last few months. We have Amazon Prime so we get regular deliveries. Lately I’ve been receiving pink slips in my mailbox. So after working my full time job coming home expecting my deliveries, I get a pink slip to have to drive back to town usually wait in a long line because they only have one person up front to get my packages that should have been left at my door. I must have a new driver that is incredibly lazy. I know other people who get packages from Amazon delivered daily. They drive down there long driveway get out of the vehicle and leave them on their porch. I got online to find a number. So difficult to get through and actually talk to someone. Filed a complaint. They sent it to local office. The supervisor called. Was super rude . I told her this had only been happening for the last few months that they used to deliver. She said that was a courtesy they didn’t have to do that . She said my mailbox had a lock on it to remove the lock and we will get packages. We have had that mailbox with lock for over 2 years never was problem before. I explained to her we had to get that mail when my mother in law got dementia she would check the mail and lose it. She did not care . The mailbox is one that is allowed to be used so l don’t understand the problem. Anyway the drier keeps saying it’s the driveway .Never been a problem before. Just pure laziness. We have notified Amazon of the problem hopefully they will stop sending my packages through USPS. They’ll deliver through rain, sleet, and snow just not a uphill gravel driveway. My seventeen year old had no problem. FedEx and UPS has no problem. Sad!
