This is the worst post office I have ever used. The clerks are not speedy at all. Many times there is only one person manning the guest counter. Often times they act as if you are a nuisance. And they are never able to make change. I have been told several times to go to a bank and come back with correct change.

I'm sick of this county, why are my packages usually mangled, opened, retaped and mail w/no post marking? Shady too cause I sent a complaint to Post Master and was contacted directly from the supervisor (she was new) still the problem persists. Today, it was dropped off by a person in a white minivan. How nosy and its a FEDERAL OFFENSE.

There are some tellers there that are so so rude, spiteful, and petty. I purposefully avoid this location if I can - even though it’s where I live.
The carriers also have begun refusing to deliver packages. They claim that they can pick and choose when they deliver, and if they deliver at all. When asked about a policy, one of the tellers simply said she was not going to respond to any of our questions. Crazily, the teller even said that the carriers would not deliver our packages here on out simply because we expected them to .. do their job - which is to deliver our mail.

The lady with brown short hair and glasses has terrible customer service. She is always in there when I go in and I have zero clue how she still works there. Everyone talks about how rude she always is. Last year she literally made me cry while I was getting my passport. A year later I come back to renew my passport and she has not changed. I always make my husband go to the post office for me just because of her. I would give this place a zero star if I could.
