- JWJay WillOct 28, 20251.0Whoever the post master is for this location needs to be removed immediately. He wont talk to customers, answer his door while hes sitting right at his desk or answer a phone. Cant tell you how many times I have shown up during business hours and the place is closed for a random reason. Also this location has scanned in as received and lost 3 packages of mine. Someone is either completely incompetent over there or a thief. The lady at the front desk and tall guy are awesome though. The supervisor there also gas lights customers and offers no solutions. I have been to every USPS in Nashville and this location is by far the worst. I have contacted USPS consumer affairs and will be personally visiting the district manager for this location. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!

It felt like it took me forever to get serviced, when normally she gets me in and out. The clerks on the window were nice and knowledgeable but they definitely weren’t as efficient as she is.
