There was 1 blue moon when a new-to-me person was at the desk solo and a bit harried with a line of people waiting; she self corrected an error and was authentically pleasant when she spotted a familiar face. The usuals and a more recent new face (to me) are efficient professionals. Their card selection isn’t half bad. I missed the window before Betty White forever stamps sold out; they seem to just be consistently busy.

We had an issue with our package due to sender error and they were able to work together to quickly rectify it. I honestly thought the package would remain lost but I’m so grateful for them and how they went above and beyond to help me.
