  Their published hours say they close at 10 but they have a sign on the door saying they close at 9:30. They need to update their website and Google listing to actually be accurate

  If I have anything to say about it, I'll never select Fedex. I've had a package sitting in Olive Branch, MS since 1/23 at 01:33 am, a day BEFORE the storm. It's still there with no update from Fedex as to when I might receive it. It's easier to reach the Pentagon than to get a Fedicks CS agent on the phone.
