- CSCaitlyn SmithJan 16, 20265.0I am so incredibly appreciative to the customer service representative at the Louisville post office that I spoke to today. My husband is currently stationed at a nearby base and we needed to get something mailed to him using express overnight delivery, without realizing due to the weekend and upcoming holiday, he wouldn’t be able to actually get his package until mid-next week. Thanks to the package intercept service and an attentive customer service associate in the post office we were able to secure the package and ensure prompt pick up. It’s truly a crisis adverted, thank you so much Louisville Post Office & team.

I have requested for this to be fixed with no update. Still missing important and time sensitive packages...it has been a YEAR.
- CTChris TDec 22, 20255.0I can't speak for the whole post office, but there is a guy named Josh that works at the Louisville Location that definitely puts in the work! I had a concern with a package and submitted a request on Saturday and got a thorough response within the same day! Called regarding another package (the system is swamped, right now, expect delays) and he quickly addressed my concerns in a concise and friendly manner. Give this man a raise!

Really the post office clerk does not know how to put extra postage on. I went to the main post office in Maryville, Great customer service and they knew how to put extra postage on a package.
