- JRJarrod Reed5 days ago1.0Cannot get this location to deliver my packages despite repeated attempts; delivery driver claims there's no turnaround. There are literally 3 turnarounds. I have requested for this to be fixed with no update. Still missing important and time sensitive packages...it has been a YEAR.
- CTChris TDec 22, 20255.0I can't speak for the whole post office, but there is a guy named Josh that works at the Louisville Location that definitely puts in the work! I had a concern with a package and submitted a request on Saturday and got a thorough response within the same day! Called regarding another package (the system is swamped, right now, expect delays) and he quickly addressed my concerns in a concise and friendly manner. Give this man a raise!

In all the years of being in business, and in my personal life, I have NEVER come across anyone as unprofessional, rude, or disrespectful as the Postmaster is at this location. The level of anger and hostility she demonstrated towards me the first time we ever spoke was not only unprofessional but completely unnecessary. It was so bad I was actually embarrassed for her that she would act that way towards someone she has never met or spoken with before, especially over such a trivial thing (we entered the return address on some business mailings incorrectly, easily fixable). Reading reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence with her which is a shame, what a terrible way to go through life. I feel sorry for her and hope she can find some happiness, maybe find a new career if this one makes her so miserable everyday. It's a PO Box... but I will be switching to a UPS box as I refuse to deal with people like this, not worth it.

Really the post office clerk does not know how to put extra postage on. I went to the main post office in Maryville, Great customer service and they knew how to put extra postage on a package.
