- JBJustin BlackwellFeb 25, 20261.0They are understaffed. People on Lookout dont do anything about ice around their mailboxes so my favorite maillady broke her arm and then they just stopped delivering mail. Another time i was waiting on very important mail with a large check inside and they lost it. I had to go back to the shop and get very rude just to make them "check in the back" more than once. Only once i threatened to call the police were they finally able to find my mail. Very petty, kind of Corrupt, please hire better more trustworthy people.
- JAJason ArmstrongJan 9, 20265.0Stop #340 Lookout Mountain TN Post Office sitting up on top of the mountain has change quite a bit over the years. Found some early picture of it in one of the museum in the area one from 1901 and the other from 1905. Great service and was very clean.
