- TTTerryJan 9, 20241.0No continuity of mail carriers. They get addresses mixed up often and some days don't bother to deliver or collect mail when red flag is up. They appear stressed out and overwhelmed when delivering packages that require them to pull into driveway and get out of their vehicle. Inadequate responses from contact personel-or none at all- because even online tool to file complaints doesn't work! Inside staff are not friendly and this indicates they are not happy with their jobs. Overall reflective of the USPS's continual decline in competency and customer service while increasing their rates on an ongoing basis. I pay as many of my bills online as possible so I can bypass the postal service.
