- DDDylan DouglasJul 9, 20251.0Needed to return some clothes, but they don't offer anything other than taking the package. They don't print labels (unless you have a QR code?), declined packaging for my items, and were very unhelpful altogether. They asked me three times "is it posh mark?" I kept telling them I don't what that is and they just asked me over and over. I guess I'll never know lol.

I’ve had to go get my mail from their office twice and they’ve given me the same excuse each time.
