  No thank you for being rude and you should not even have a job with the post office if you cant be courteous. I get it that some customers are just as rude but there are just as many that aren't. Honestly, when did federal money pay federal employees to not say hello, look at their cell phones , avoid customers when they walk in and when they return to the counter. This particular post office has some really rude and discourteous employees. On the cell phone. No "Thank you" , nothing. Please hire people who appreciate patrons who basically are paying their salaries please. Over it. Get off the cell phone because we shouldn't have to pay for you to sit on your can and text, scroll etcetera.

  Mail works well. But the employees shouldn't be so rude to customers! And tell the guy to stop marking the survey with the smiley face before turning the monitor! That's our choice and we're not happy with the service you , as a rude person, gives! That's part of my transaction! How do I know that's all your doing?

  I deposited an envelope with a sizeable check in it at the blue postal box in front of Walmart in Lenoir City. When I put the letter in, it felt as if it didn't fall into the box. I then realized that the box was completely full but I couldn't retrieve my letter as it had slid back onto the top of the other mail out of reach. Two weeks later, the recipient still hasn't recieved my letter. I called the 800 number on the website only to get the run around. I simply wanted to ask if that box was emptied regularly and had it been emptied recently but I couldn't get past the automated phone service to speak to a representative. So, I still dont know if the box has been emptied but I have never seen a box so full of mail. I guess since the government shutdown was in place, the postal workers weren't performing their duties. Funny how the price to mail a letter continues to go up but we continue recieve poor service like this.

  I always have a pleasant experience when I go to this post office. Jayne has been such a God send at helping me with paperwork for our bulk mailings. She is patient and always so helpful and has always had an exceptional attitude. No matter how long the lines get, she is always smiling and helpful to everyone.
