The husband was very loud and I could hear him. Carlos not once raised his voice to the man and nicely got off the phone with him. He did not let that man affect him and him taking care of other customers. That takes a lot of self-control for any human!! I personally had a lot of returns and Carlos not only made me feel like I was the most important person in his store. He reassured me that taking care of me was very important to him. He is an amazing worker and speaking from someone who owns her own business. If I had employees,I would hire him in a heartbeat!!!!
