  I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. Monday on 3/9/2026 I purchased an overnight delivery envelope going to the Chicago western suburbs. I asked for whatever service would guarantee delivery to our son's address. I was wrote surprised when i was told the only way to guarantee it being delivered next day was to pay $109.68. I went ahead and purchased the overnight delivery for an envelope which weighed less than the UPS envelope. Much to my surprise it's now Wednesday 3/11/2026 and it still has not been delivered. I called the UPS store and asked for help to get this very important document to our son. What actually happened was nothing. I was promised thee person who took my call would try to get the, now a day late envelope, delivered before noon. Further i was promised to be called back to confirm that. None of that occurred so I called back, talked to the same lady and she said she couldn't call the UPS hub in Chicago and even if she could that would not Cheney the delivery to noon. She said I could call. I asked why she did not tell me that at 8am this morning when I called. No response. I will never go back to this UPS store and likely never use UPS again. Beware if you think this UPS store gives a darn other than taking $110 for a single piece of paper to be delivered overnight and not doing that not trying to correct their abysmal failure.

  Consider yourself warned, DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS STORE TO BE FAXED. Their machine jams frequently, they've had to redo the transmission 100% of every visit I've made to fax anything, and STILL, either the machine fails or the transmission fails itself for whatever reason. They should seriously think about getting a new fax machine, or discontinue offering faxing altogether. Personally, I have a >75% failure rate with this store when it comes to faxing. DON'T DO IT, a huge waste of time, plus they're not competitive at all in their per-page pricing. 2/10

  The UPS team member (cashier) was operating in a very efficient manner. Obviously knew what she was doing as she processed my 3 Amazon product returns.

  Today I went in to drop off two packages. There was one lady ahead of me. No one greeted us. The two ladies at the register, both short hair, one had a scarf on. Talking among themselves, never spoke to me, put her arms up and said 1st package. I was in shock, very rude. One in the back was talking about pro choice. Which is fine but not in a place of business! Finally, the girl looked at me. very rude again, package 2! At that point I put the box down and told them that they really needed to watch what they talk about in front of customers, The girl waiting on me yelled it is free speech and I said not in a place of business! This is the second time I have gone in there and they have been talking and ignoring the customers! Very sad, I have brought donuts in there during the holidays Where is Carlos? Almost forgot, than another girl came out and ask if my transaction was complete, twice!
