- RFRose FalesFeb 11, 20261.0Mail is stolen or open quite frequently. Cards never arrive, two debit cards never arrived. If you DO by some miracle from God get a card in the mail, it's OPENED to check for cash or gift cards etc. It's RIDICULOUS that this place even exists anymore, as much thievery that goes on. We were told "oh it's because we have to hire people with criminal records now." You think, just POSSIBLY, that MIGHT be the problem?? We need to ABOLISH the USPS, it's went downhill for many years and I'm sick of all the stolen mail. I've lived all over Tennessee and it's a problem everywhere.

BUT This is the one government agency in the city that has never talked down to me, made me feel stupid, or been unreasonable. In face I dare say, they helped me. Kudos to you guys, and thank you.
