I just wanted to give a big thank you to Jessica, for always going above and beyond! She is so friendly, dependable, and genuinely helpful. Yesterday she took the time to help me bring in several heavy packages, and I really appreciated her kindness and positive attitude. It’s not every day you meet someone who truly cares about their job and the people they serve. Thank you, Jessica, for your amazing service and for going the extra mile! I hope she gets our route permanently! I believe she was just subbing this week.

WORST mailman on our route comes from this post office. His name is Wade and he delivers off Cainsville Pike, 37090. We have had SO many issues with him delivering our packages and have complained about him numerous times. Of course, he is never reprimanded because he just keeps on doing what he does. When he decides he doesn’t want to deliver something to us, he just marks it as “undeliverable” and we have to physically go down to the post office which is very inconvenient for us. Sometimes it’s early in the morning, so you know he hasn’t even attempted to deliver it. This is unacceptable. He is extremely rude if you speak to him also.

I will never understand why this post office is so slow. I've been here over a dozen times and the wait is always 30 minutes or longer. I'm in line now, there are 18 people in front of me. It's so long that it's out the door. There are serious time management issues here. I went to the Mt. Juliet Post Office a few weeks ago and told them about this place, they said they heard "horror stories" about it and have no idea why this place has so many problems. I don't even come during off hours. The attendants clearly don't care how long we spend in line. EDITED: The employee who helped me gave himself a positive customer review on my payment pad without my consent. Are you kidding? I waited for 30 minutes and this slow, entitled man has the audacity to press that I liked his customer service (some green smiley face button) … Which I didn't… And then he also pressed "print receipt" opposed to me wanting an email. It's no wonder that nothing is being done to change this place… Workers are giving themself positive reviews that they didn't earn.

disappointed as i went in today to check my step dads P.o. box and it was locked and the key wouldn’t unlock it. We pay the every 6 months and on time. I have receipts to back the payments up. I’m not a happy camper. no explanation as to why/what the problem is!!!
