- CPCory Pack3 days ago5.0I get the lines, I get it. I too have fallen into the "never-ending" line midday at the post office... BUT This is the one government agency in the city that has never talked down to me, made me feel stupid, or been unreasonable. In face I dare say, they helped me. Kudos to you guys, and thank you.

And our mail that goes in our cluster box is often damaged beyond repair. But of course, USPS thinks they do no wrong, and the "system" they have to help you is just there to run you around in circles until you give up.
